Cancellation Policy

Refund, Deposit & Rescheduling Policy All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 5 hours before your appointment. Your deposit may be transferred one time to another available appointment approved by Marcella. Late cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling requests made within 5 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No cash or card refunds will be issued. Rescheduling Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to move forward with our next scheduled client so all appointments can remain on time. Your appointment will be moved to the next available time that day, if available, or rescheduled for another day. If you are visiting Miami Beach, please allow extra time for traffic, parking and finding the salon. Being unfamiliar with the area does not extend the 15-minute grace period.
