Service Description
Current Client Silkpress This service is for existing clients who have had a Silkpress with Marcella within the last 8 weeks and are maintaining their hair on a regular schedule. Most current clients return every 2, 3, or 4 weeks, depending on their hair and maintenance needs. If it has been more than 8 weeks since your last appointment, please complete the Return Client Form before booking so Marcella can reassess your hair and recommend the correct service. Pricing: $85 per hour Additional services and treatments must be selected as add-ons before checkout. If you want it even shorter for the Wix service description, I’d use: For existing Silkpress clients seen by Marcella within the last 8 weeks. If your last visit was more than 8 weeks ago, please complete the Return Client Form before booking so your current hair needs can be reassessed. Pricing is $85 per hour. Please select all needed add-ons before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Refund, Deposit & Rescheduling Policy All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 5 hours before your appointment. Your deposit may be transferred one time to another available appointment approved by Marcella. Late cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling requests made within 5 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No cash or card refunds will be issued. Rescheduling Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to move forward with our next scheduled client so all appointments can remain on time. Your appointment will be moved to the next available time that day, if available, or rescheduled for another day. If you are visiting Miami Beach, please allow extra time for traffic, parking and finding the salon. Being unfamiliar with the area does not extend the 15-minute grace period. I have read and understand the 15-minute late-arrival policy.. Thank you for respecting the time reserved for your service.
