Service Description
BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT — REGULAR DENSITY | $350 For clients with regular-density hair. This includes the first Brazilian Blowout treatment and your initial salon service. BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT — THICK/DENSE HAIR | $425 For clients with thicker or denser hair that requires additional time and product. SECOND RINSE AT THE SALON | +$85 If you would like the second rinse completed at the salon, add this option to your service. SECOND RINSE AT HOME If you prefer to complete the second rinse at home, you will receive the cuticle spray and instructions for finishing the process. TAKE-HOME PRODUCTS | +$80 Add the recommended take-home products to help maintain your Brazilian Blowout results and support longer-lasting smoothness. Choose your Brazilian Blowout based on hair density and finishing options.
Cancellation Policy
Refund, Deposit & Rescheduling Policy All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 5 hours before your appointment. Your deposit may be transferred one time to another available appointment approved by Marcella. Late cancellations, missed appointments and rescheduling requests made within 5 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No cash or card refunds will be issued. Rescheduling Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to move forward with our next scheduled client so all appointments can remain on time. Your appointment will be moved to the next available time that day, if available, or rescheduled for another day. If you are visiting Miami Beach, please allow extra time for traffic, parking and finding the salon. Being unfamiliar with the area does not extend the 15-minute grace period. I have read and understand the 15-minute late-arrival policy.. Thank you for respecting the time reserved for your service.
